Wholesale Products Business Application

WHOLESALE: My Precious Kid can provide you with wholesale products for family safety.
ID kit products that are item numbers 01- are 50% off retail.
Most other products are 25% off retail.
The car seats are 20% off retail.
Not every product on my retail site is available.

YOUR BUSINESS: You would do business under your own business name and create your selling plan and niche. You would buy and stock the products you are selling to your customers. Sales could be made by:
Home Party
Fundraisers
School Events
Vendor Fairs
Craft Shows
Online Sales
Booth Events

ORDER: Minimum is $100 for each order. One order required annually to retain wholesale status. All sales are final. Returns are available for defective merchandise only and will be replaced with like items. Products will have a small label on the back with the My Precious Kid item number. Also all products will be sealed shut and have a small label that says "No returns unless defective". We do that so your customers will not open and use a product then try to return it.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: MPK is not responsible for shipments once they leave MPK office since they cannot be tracked or insured. MPK is not responsible for duty fees imposed by your country.

ORGANIZATIONS: Non-Profit: We are happy to sell at these wholesale prices to you as well. Please provide your 501c3 number.

BUSINESS NAME: My Precious Kid logo and name is trademarked and not available for use by wholesale buyers. You may use the phrase “AUTHORIZED MY PRECIOUS KID RETAILER” on your site. You must do business under your own business name and business license.

WEBSITES: If approved for wholesale buying you may add the products to your website store. You have permission to take the product photo plus the short 2-3 sentence description of the product. You may not copy our product pages. Google bans duplicate content sites. So it is important to write your own content and info about the product in your own words. Make sure to give your opinion and review of each product you are carrying.

INVENTORY SAMPLES: I suggest starting with 12-24 products that you will carry in stock. Order one of each product to use and get to know. Try out each of those products with your family. I do the same with every product I carry. You want to be able to answer your customer questions. They want to know you have used the products. BUSINESS: If you are a new or existing business and would like to buy My Precious Kid Products at wholesale (25-50% off retail) and meet the following requirements please apply below.

WHOLESALE TERMS:
1. Online sales must be at suggested retail or higher.
2. Selling on ebay below retail is not allowed.
3. Selling My Precious Kid products along side “adult” products/site is not allowed.
4. You have agreed not to copy or help others copy the ID KIT products.

1. Business Name/License
2. Tax Reseller Number, non-profit number or EIN#
3. $100 minimum each order, once annually required
