PAYMENT OPTIONS
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal are all accepted.
My Precious Kid is Paypal Verified.
SHIPPING
COST: Shipping rates are figured by the weight of the products you put in the cart, the shipping address, and the type of shipping you choose. We are unable to give you a shipping rate by phone. Please click the red ADD TO CART button and enter your address to see what particular products sent to your address will cost.
USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation starts at $6.95 for
the first pound
UPS Ground with insurance starts at $7.10 for the first pound
1. First Class Mail approx 10 business days
2. USPS Priority Mail approx 7 Business Days
3. UPS Ground approx 5-6 Business Days (This is our preferred most
secure way of shipping)
4. UPS Select approx 3-4 Business Days
5. UPS Air approx 2-3 Business Days
6. International Priority - approx 7-30 days (it varies greatly
depending how long your customs office holds the package)
7. International Express - approx 3-14 days (it varies greatly
depending how long your customs office holds the package)
NOTE: International orders will only be shipped to the verified BILLING address. We are not responsible for INTERNATIONAL orders once they leave our office as it is out of our control in another country. International orders may get held up in the customs office of your country for up to 30 days at time.
MISSING ORDERS: All claims for missing shipments must be filed with My Precious Kid within 30 days of order. We will then provide you with package tracking numbers so you may file with USPS or UPS. After 30 we will have no liability in missing orders.
ORDERS MISSING ITEMS - Occasionally an
error may occur in packing. If you receive an order that is missing
an item you must report it within 7 days.
We will either:
1. Ship the item with the same shipping method (UPS ground or
Priority Mail) as you paid for all items
2. Or refund the price of that item and not send it
We are unable to overnight items that are missing from an order.
COUPON CODES - Coupons codes are not valid on some select items as per the manufacturers' requirements. They are not allowed on Radian Carseats, Ergo Baby Carriers, Medical Alert Bracelets and some other select items. Coupon codes are not valid on wholesale orders.
ORDER PROCESSING
Payments are processed in real time when the order is placed. All
orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are
estimates not guarantees. No shipping refunds will be given for
longer delivery times.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are usually sent
International Priority mail. International orders makes it
impossible for us to track or insure packages. My Precious Kid has
no responsibility for lost international packages after they leave
here. International orders must be sent to the address that the
credit card bills to.
We ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries. The shopping cart will have a drop down for all countries allowed.
PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS - Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of personalized products such as DOG TAGS and Name/ALLERGY Labels. No returns or refunds on personalized products. No changes may be made to personalized products once place. All orders are final for these products.
RETURN POLICY
RETURNS are accepted within 30 days of order, with a return code, on
unopened, unused products.
Email us for RETURN CODE number.
Please include order number and customer name with this email.
When you return the product include
a copy of the sales receipt, and indicate refund or product exchange
on the package.
NO RETURNS (unless defective) on open product packages, sale items,
potty training products, personalized products, special orders, or
wholesale purchases.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - Items received defective will be replaced
within the first 30 days after order.
PRODUCT WARRANTY - My Precious Kid is not responsible for
replacement of defective items after 30 days. Please contact us for
manufacturer's phone number for warranty issues. It will be the
customer's responsibility to contact the manufacturer for
replacement according to their warranty
policy.
REFUNDS - Refunds will be processed within 7 days of return.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Items returned without return code, in used condition, opened, or
after 30 days will be refunded at retail minus shipping, minus 50%
restocking fee.
CUSTOMER PRIVACY
Your privacy is our concern. My Precious Kid will never sell or give away your contact information ever! Read our full privacy policy. Once your order is completed you will receive ONE email from us 4-6 weeks later making sure the products is working correctly for you. Unless you join our newsletter you will not receive any other emails from My Precious Kid. You may occasionally receive postal mail about new products or sales.
SECURITY
Our web site purchasing system uses the most up to date secure server. So your personal information is always safe and secure. You will see a small LOCK graphic on the bottom right on the page when you are in the secure sever mode. The shopping cart will show a red triangle from Comodo in the lower right corner.
WHOLESALE

Items that begin 01-**** (ID kits and charts) are all produced in house at My Precious Kid. These items are assembled and packaged in the My Precious Kid home office.
All other items are created by other manufacturers, many of them parents.

QUESTION: How does my child's info get on the ID cards? ID Bracelets? ID tags?
All our products are designed to allow the parent to create them for their child. For the ID cards either Type, write or use clear labels in a label machine to add the info to the card. For the bracelets and shoe tag use an extra fine point permanent felt tip pen to fill in the blanks.
