If you are in business online, I would encourage you to get rid of your spam filters and email washers. You can not afford to lose even one customer by not getting their email. It happens all the time
I come to your site
I email you to ask a question before I order.
You never respond because you did not get my emails
OR
I come to your site.
I email you a question and am asked to get on your approved list.
I decide to find another vendor.
I you want to be taken seriously in business use only your domain emails on your web site.

Do not allow your filer to remove even one email with out you seeing it first.
Yes you will get spam.
Yes you will need to filter it out yourself.
But is it worth losing customers.
If you have had more than 2 people ever tell you their email did not get to you then you must find another email solution to stay in business. If you want to have your customers take you seriously then please find a business email solution that gets all your emails to you.
